Island Homes: Component Construction

Island Homes provides a component alternative for those persons who may be in- clined to build in stages or have a desire to finish the structure at their own pace or budget. Home packages are available in a variety of stages:

Materials Only: If you already have a Contractor or want to act as Owner/Builder Island Homes can supply the designs, permit ready drawings and materials to construct an Island Home anywhere in the Bahamas.

Shell: The basic "dried in" package includes exterior walls, sub floors, roof cover, exterior doors & windows.

Shell & Stud: Includes the exterior shell package plus the interior stud wall frame system.

Turn Key: A fully fitted out home with fixtures, fittings & finishes. Electrical and Plumbing fit outs are optional. Items such as millwork, appliances, decks and verandas are available in a variety of styles and price range. Our Island Home representative will be happy to discuss these and other options with you.
