About Us

Wrinkle Development is a family owned and operated business. Originally formed in 1965, we are builders, developers and managers for construction projects throughout the Bahamas. We have had some international project experience in North Carolina and San Jose, Costa Rica.

Our strengths are primarily in management and organizational functions. We have the experience and ability to coordinate all trades on the job site as well as interface with owners, consultants and suppliers.

We have erected over 500,000sq.ft. of pre-engineered steel buildings throughout the Bahamas and in most instances carried out the related civil works such as concrete floor slabs, fit-outs etc. We represent American Steel Buildings of Eufala, Al, and Dean Steel Buildings from Ft. Meyers, Fl.
